Learning the basics of our religion is vital to ensure we live our lives according to the Deen of Allah Subhanhuwata’ala. Such topics and laws will therefore, insha'Allah, be covered which concern women in particular. In addition, Tajweed will also be taught with the aim to learn to recite the Quran with the correct pronunciation, something compulsory upon every Muslim.

ISSM Sisters are pleased to announce the start of Basic Islamic Studies and Tajweed for Sisters only at the Birmingham Central Mosque. These classes will start on Sunday 3rd of February 2008 from 1.30-3.30pm in the Day Centre, insha'Allah, and will run every Sunday.

The classes will be taught by two qualified female scholars proficient in the topics under discussion, insha'Allah. This is definitely an opportunity not to be missed!
